We are a small company and both partners have over 30 years combined experience of providing housing advice. We have worked mainly for local authorities in both inner-city and rural areas of the UK. We have worked mainly in housing advice, homelessness and private sector enforcement and have expert knowledge of private sector housing law. We have also worked with landlords on leasing schemes. Our professional backgrounds have given us a thorough knowledge of law as well as excellent customer service skills.

Our background in local government has given us a wide understanding of the role that council’s play in the private rented market. Local authorities have certain legal duties and often become involved in landlord and tenant issues. We know how local government works and can advise you how to work constructively with the local authority to your benefit.

Importantly, we have been landlords ourselves and know the worries that can occur, especially if you live far away from the property.
